RW provided land surveying and civil engineering services for the complete site design for lots 2 and 3, Copperfields. We worked in coordination with architects, Owner, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, structural engineers, and landscape architects on these projects.
Our responsibilities included: hydraulic modeling of stormwater systems, preparation of a drainage study and analysis, site grading, parking lot design and layout including analysis to meet zoning requirements, utility design for storm sewer, sanitary sewer, gas, and water, development of a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and submittal of a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit, design and analysis of an underground detention basin system for the treatment and storage of stormwater runoff to meet Post Construction Stormwater Management Plan (PCSMP) requirements, and post bid services included shop drawing review, SWPPP inspections, and on-site material testing coordination and observation.
In addition, we worked with the City of Omaha Planning Department to file an amendment to the Subdivision Master Plan and the City of Omaha Public Works to complete public improvements for 203rd Plaza roadway.
