RW has the flexibility to work with clients that require a standard template be applied to any site they intend to develop. RW provided surveying services to measure existing site features and document pre-construction conditions. Following a detailed survey, and the provided site template, RW filled in all the gaps both on site, and at the City of Council Bluffs Planning and Zoning departments, as well as City of Council Bluffs Public Works. Having a well-rounded understanding of the site and interested parties allowed RW to design a site while adjacent construction of Broadway Street was on going.

Our responsibilities included: hydraulic modeling of stormwater systems, preparation of a drainage study and analysis, site grading, parking lot design and layout, utility design for storm sewer, sanitary sewer, gas, and water, development of a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and submittal of a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit, design and analysis of an underground detention basin system for the treatment and storage of stormwater runoff to meet Post Construction Stormwater Management Plan (PCSMP) requirements, and post bid services included shop drawing review, SWPPP inspections, and on- site material testing coordination and observation.
